Reclaim Your Life
Are you living with a loved one’s addiction?
Have you had another week of the same promises?
They’ll stop. They’ll cut down. They’ll get help. Things will be different this time...
Perhaps there has been some surface-level engagement and you’re hoping and praying that eventually a switch will flip and everything will change.
But it hasn’t so far.
Many of my clients have spent 10, 15, even 20 years waiting for things to change.
But you don’t have to keep waiting.
I’m Victoria Seed, an Addiction & Family Recovery Specialist. I’ve been doing this work for over two decades and have helped thousands of families affected by addiction.
I can help you too.
Stop waiting for your loved one to change before you start changing your life.
I know how difficult it is when someone else’s alcohol or other drug use starts impacting every area of your life.
You can become so focused on what they are doing that, somewhere along the way, you lose sight of yourself.
It doesn’t need to stay that way.
Reclaim Your Life is my online family recovery community for women affected by a loved one’s alcohol or other drug use.
You don’t need to wait for them to change. You can be the change.
People will tell you WHAT to do. But do you know HOW to actually do it?
Perhaps you’ve heard all of this before.
But what does that actually look like when it’s your partner, your child or somebody else you love?
How do you set a boundary and stick to it?
How do you stop helping in ways that aren’t helping, without feeling as though you’re abandoning someone?
How do you communicate differently when conversations keep ending in conflict?
How do you prioritise yourself when you’ve spent years responding to everybody else’s needs?
And how can you positively influence your loved one’s motivation to change?
That’s the HOW.
And that’s what I teach you inside Reclaim Your Life.
Everything you need to put family recovery into practice
COURSE. COMMUNITY. COACHING.
Knowing what you “should” do isn’t enough. You need to know how to do it, practise it in your own life and have support when things don’t go to plan.
COURSE
Full access to my full signature programme as self-study, to work through in your own time, with my support in the community and coaching.
COMMUNITY
Stay focused, connected and accountable in a community of women who are all living with a loved one’s addiction, supported by me.
COACHING
Get my help applying what you learn to your own circumstances, with both daytime and evening live group coaching sessions.
These are the three elements of the programme.
Permission Granted: Reclaim Your Life From a Loved One’s Addiction
You’ll get access to my full, signature 12-module Family Recovery Programme.
This is the programme I’ve developed from more than two decades of working with families affected by addiction. It takes you step by step through not only what you can do differently, but how to actually do it.
You can work through the programme at your own pace and come back to it whenever you need it.
A safe space away from social media.
Living with a loved one’s addiction can be incredibly isolating, but it doesn’t need to be that way...
Reclaim Your Life gives you a private space with other women who understand what it’s like to live with the impact of somebody else’s alcohol or other drug use.
But this isn’t somewhere to stay stuck focusing on everything your loved one is doing.
The focus is on you, your recovery and what you can control.
- Get kind, compassionate, expert support from me in the community as you put what you’re learning into practice.
- Daily posts to help you keep the focus on yourself and the things within your control
- Support to bring the goals and actions from your coaching sessions into everyday life
- Weekly accountability posts to help you keep moving forward
- A space to share your wins, ask questions and talk through challenges
- Connection with other women who genuinely understand
Because sometimes you need help working out HOW.
This is where we bring everything together.
You might understand the strategy when you’re working through the course.
Then real life happens.
Your loved one comes home intoxicated. They ask you for money. They break another promise. You try to set a boundary and get pushback.
Or you simply find yourself slipping back into the same patterns you’ve been stuck in for years.
Our live group coaching gives you somewhere to bring those situations and work through them.
We’ll look at what’s happening, what you’re trying to achieve and how you can apply what you’re learning.
You’ll walk away with clear, actionable steps for your family recovery.
You’ll have access to monthly live group coaching, with both daytime and evening sessions available, so you can choose the option that works for you.
This is how we move from knowing what to do to actually doing it.
What are we working towards?
Everything I do with families has two main goals:
RECLAIM YOUR LIFE
To support you to live your most happy and peaceful life.
MOTIVATE CHANGE
To give you the best chance possible of motivating your loved one to make a change.
That’s what we’re working towards throughout the Course, Community and Coaching.
You don’t need to choose between looking after yourself and helping someone you love.
We work on both.
What my clients say
“Life is calmer.”
“I can focus on myself and the children now. I feel like a weight has been lifted, and I can see the wood for the trees. I've managed to implement boundaries that have enabled me to grow in strength and courage.”
“Now, I am much happier and feel empowered and hopeful once again.”
“The strategies and boundaries have had a massive influence on my ability to look after me and not accept behaviours linked with substance use. We are at the point of rebuilding our relationship, and though there will still be wobbles, I know I can refer back to the work to see me through and apply that knowledge.”
“The support has been life-changing for me and my family.”
“If he drinks, I respond, don't react. There is no conflict, no atmosphere. This programme was above and beyond my expectations.”
Is Reclaim Your Life for you?
Reclaim Your Life is for women affected by the alcohol or other drug use of someone they care about.
Whether your loved one is in complete denial, considering change, making changes or already in recovery, this programme is for you.
You might manage people, run a business, have a demanding career or have spent your working life solving problems.
But when addiction enters your own family, it’s different.
You weren’t taught how to deal with this.
I can help.
Hi, I’m Victoria.
I’m Victoria Seed, an Addiction & Family Recovery Specialist and Advanced Practitioner with Addiction Professionals.
I pride myself on being a friendly, warm and caring professional, bringing both lived and learned experience to my work.
I’ve helped children, young people, adults and families affected by addiction for over two decades, working across the NHS, prison service, voluntary, public and private sectors.
I’ve developed, managed and led services supporting people and families affected by alcohol and other drug use, and I’ve brought everything I’ve learned from professional practice, evidence-informed approaches and working directly with families into my signature family recovery programme.
Families need more than someone telling them what they should do. They need to know how to do it.
That’s exactly what I’ll help you with inside Reclaim Your Life.
